– Cancellation of service request has to be given in writing with a 30-day notice period
– Early Termination Charge Contract payout fee up to the cost of the hardware device supplied (applicable on 24-month contract only)
– Change of Plans (speed changes) – Standard change of plan fee $20
– Moving Home Fee Standard moving home fee of $99
